Service description
LYFION provides professional services in structured data, AI visibility auditing, entity profile creation, and prompt monitoring. Specific deliverables are defined in individual client proposals and agreements. LYFION is not a legal authority, notary, or certified trust service provider.
Limitation of liability
LYFION's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. LYFION is not liable for AI system behaviour, third-party platform changes, search engine algorithm changes, or outcomes beyond our control. Results are not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Deliverables — including reports, JSON-LD code, and entity profiles — become client property upon full payment. LYFION retains rights to its methodology, templates, and internal processes.
Confidentiality
LYFION treats all client information as confidential and does not share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to deliver the agreed services.

Nothing in LYFION reports, profiles, Proof Packs, or communications constitutes legal advice. LYFION does not provide legal services and is not a law firm or legal authority.
